This page describes how SynapSee processes your inputs and uses third-party AI providers. It complements—but does not replace—our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Information SynapSee May Process

When you use SynapSee, we may process:

  • Your WordPress site URLs, sitemap URLs, and extracted page content or metadata
  • Competitor URLs, sitemaps, or sources you select for comparison
  • Market Momentum Source queries, URLs, or feeds you select
  • Analysis settings, reports, scoring outputs, and WordPress draft data
  • Account and support data, including operational logs

Bring-Your-Own-Provider API Keys

How it works: SynapSee supports API keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. You provide your own API key; we do not charge you directly for model usage.

Key storage: Your API key is encrypted and stored securely in our database. Keys are not shared with other users or services.

Key management: You can view, rotate, or delete your API keys at any time from your account settings. Deleted keys cannot be recovered.

Usage billing: Each AI provider bills usage charges directly to your provider account. You control your spending limits and can revoke key access instantly.

Third-Party Model Providers

When you run an analysis, SynapSee sends selected content and analysis instructions to your chosen AI provider to produce the analysis you request.

Source Access and Boundaries

SynapSee analyzes content that is publicly accessible through permitted product functionality. We do not:

  • Attempt to bypass login screens, authentication walls, or paywalls
  • Ignore robots.txt directives or other access restrictions
  • Scrape or crawl sites in violation of their terms of service

Report completeness may be affected if sources are not publicly accessible. SynapSee will flag incomplete data in your report.

Report Retention and Deletion

What we retain: Your analysis reports, WordPress drafts, and account data.

Retention period: Reports are retained for as long as your account is active. Drafts are retained until you delete them.

How to delete: You can delete individual reports and drafts from your account dashboard. Account deletion requests can be submitted via support@teddyx7.shop.

Backups: We maintain backups for business continuity. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, though backups may persist briefly thereafter.

Human Review and AI Limits

SynapSee reports and draft content are decision support, not final editorial or factual determinations. Your editorial team must review all outputs before publication or material use.

AI analysis can make mistakes. SynapSee identifies patterns in available data—it does not verify facts, check original sources, or ensure compliance with laws or your rights obligations.

Security Practices

Encryption: Data in transit uses industry-standard HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted.

Access controls: Access to customer data is restricted to authorized staff on a need-to-know basis.

API key separation: API keys are stored separately from account data and never logged in plain text.

Monitoring and incident response: We monitor for suspicious activity and maintain an incident response process for any data breaches.

Secure deletion: When data is deleted, it is purged from active systems. Backups are destroyed according to our retention policy.
