Acceptance

By installing, activating, or using SynapSee (the Plugin), you're agreeing to these Terms. If that's not something you're willing to do, don't install or use the Plugin. These Terms apply to every version of the Plugin and to anyone visiting synapseradar.com/ (the Site).

License grant

Assuming you’re holding up your end of these Terms and, where it applies, keeping current on any fees owed, TDX7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites your plan allows.

That license doesn’t stretch to:

• Copying, modifying, merging, publishing, distributing, sublicensing, or selling the Plugin, beyond whatever any GPL-licensed components already permit
• Reverse engineering or decompiling proprietary parts of the Plugin past what the law lets you do regardless of what we say here
• Stripping out or altering branding, attribution, or proprietary notices inside the Plugin
• Using the Plugin as a stepping stone to build something that competes with it

Intellectual property

The SynapSee architecture, code, design, branding, documentation, and the TDX7 name itself belong to TDX7. That doesn’t change because you’re a paying customer. Using the name “SynapSee” or the TDX7 brand in a way that implies you’re endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by us requires our written go-ahead first.

Nothing here hands you any IP rights. You’re licensing the Plugin, not buying it.

Your API key and the providers behind it

You’re responsible for getting and maintaining your own API key from whichever provider you pick — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google — and for whatever that provider charges you as a result of using it through SynapSee. That includes AI Scout’s extra web-search costs when you opt a competitor into that mode.

TDX7 doesn’t control, and isn’t responsible for, the uptime, accuracy, or output quality of any third-party AI provider, or for costs you rack up through your own use of their service.

Paid plans and billing

The paid plan runs $35.99 per site, per month, with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at signup, and billing starts automatically once the trial ends — so if you don’t want to be charged, cancel before day 7. Billing itself runs through Freemius; subscribing means you’re authorizing Freemius to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancel any time and you’ll keep paid access through the end of whatever billing period you already paid for.

Refunds. We offer a 30-day refund window from your original purchase date. Email support@teddyx7.shop within that window to request one. Past 30 days, or on renewal charges after the first billing cycle, refunds aren’t available. Upgrading takes effect right away; downgrading takes effect at your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Using SynapSee to do any of the following isn’t allowed:

• Break any law or regulation that applies to you
• Feed the plugin content, through your editorial focus notes or otherwise, meant to generate unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent output
• Get around rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
• Interfere with the Plugin or any service it connects to
• Step on someone else’s intellectual property

If you breach these Terms, we can suspend or terminate your license without warning.

No promises about AI output

SynapSee’s gap analysis and drafted content come from third-party AI models, not from us, and they land in WordPress as drafts specifically because they need a human look before they’re fit to publish. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, tone, or factual correctness of anything the AI produces. That review step exists for a reason — please actually use it.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Plugin is provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind, spoken or implied — that includes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Plugin will run error-free, stay uninterrupted, or play nicely with every host, theme, or plugin combination out there.

Limitation of liability

To whatever extent the law allows, TDX7 isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages tied to your use of, or inability to use, the Plugin — lost profits, lost data, lost business, lost goodwill, any of it. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Plugin tops out at whichever is greater: what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to cover TDX7 — defend us, hold us harmless, the whole legal package — against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees that come from your use of the Plugin, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute gets resolved in New York courts.

Changes to these terms

We can update these Terms whenever we need to. Material changes get flagged by updating the date at the top of this page. Keep using the Plugin after an update, and that counts as accepting the new version.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and TDX7 about the Plugin, and they replace anything discussed before now on the same subject.
